How do you verify my Solstice benefits?
Using your name, date of birth and insurance card details, we check eligibility, coverage percentages, your deductible and remaining annual maximum, then explain your estimated cost before treatment.
What if my plan doesn't cover everything?
We'll tell you before treatment begins. If part of a procedure isn't covered, we review options such as 0% financing or our in-house plan.
Can you submit claims for me?
Yes. When your plan allows it, we submit claims and pre-authorizations directly to the insurer on your behalf.
