Endodontist
Dr. Firas Marsheh, DDS
Dr. Firas Marsheh is an endodontist — a root canal specialist — who places his patients' comfort first. He has performed more than 10,000 root canals and retreatments, including microsurgical endodontics. Dr. Marsheh holds a dental degree from overseas and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry, then completed his specialty training in Endodontics at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY (2009). He practiced general dentistry for a year before entering the Endodontic Program, and spent two years practicing internationally in underserved communities with a focus on endodontic treatment. He also conducted research at New York University on anxiety toward endodontic treatment — which shapes how he cares for patients today: “I aim to reduce the anxiety and stress that accompany an endodontic treatment experience and provide each patient with care, comfort, and knowledge before treatment. I also strive to give each patient optimal results in a short amount of time.”
